I'm only 3 treatments in so I don't know if I would recommend it yet, or noticed a difference yet.

I'm about the same at the moment. The staff are very understanding, caring and help me in any way they can.
Explain things brilliantly before anything is done.

I am half way through my treatment.
Although I feel different, I still have depression and suicidal thoughts. It may be they are reduced, but this may also be because I feel tired and phased, or not with it.

It's great to be made to feel safe and comfortable by the staff and also that they stay in the room with you while having treatment, also they reassure you all the time.
It's good that the treatments are in individual rooms and the rooms are bright and a good temperature.
